My guess is 25 due to large vehicle size and knowing it will be way too many.
i already know. the people get out one door and go around the bus, get back in, and come out again. The answer is Infinity!!!!

Perhaps 33. I used to take teens around in a van like this. I can imagine many could be squeezed into empty spaces.
